After signing up for our services, a PickaPoo team member will contact you to schedule your initial cleanup. They will guide you through setting up your client portal, where you can easily manage your account. Our team ensures you’re fully informed and comfortable throughout every step of the process.

4. Add Payment Method

If you didn’t enter a payment method during sign-up, you can add it later through your client portal. Billing is processed on the 1st of each month, and all payments are automatically charged monthly.
